By accessing or using the Jnani application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jnani provides a daily self-reported check-in that returns a deterministic mood score based on user-entered inputs.
Jnani:
Is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic
Does not provide advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Does not replace professional care
The Service is informational and reflective only.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information to the best of your ability
Use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only
Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
4. No Medical or Professional Advice
Jnani does not provide health, mental health, or clinical services.
If you are experiencing distress or require professional support, you should seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services.
5. Data & Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By using the Service, you grant Jnani a limited license to store and process your information solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including during early MVP stages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Jnani LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
